Monarch Caterpillar on Leaf MACRO Photography & Videography

I found this beauty on our family country property just outside of Maquoketa, IA



I tried out some new LENS adapters to be able to Photograph and Video super close.

It allows me to mount my lens on backwards making it a Macro Lens.

The grounds were all recently mowed and this guy survived.

I go out daily to find more and save as many as possible. 

He is home now to Munch on Milkweed and I will Tag and release him soon at our local Jackson County Iowa, Hurstville Interpretive Center.
